Geneva’s giant fountain Jet d’Eau
While staying in Geneva, you really shouldn’t miss the emblem of the City of Peace, a 140 m high, giant water-jet that spreads its white veil over the harbour. To admire its sight, simply stroll along the lakeside promenade. It is adorned with flowers, fragrant parkways and old mansions. The cheerful water birds, among which swans, gulls, ducks and grebes, only add to the magic.
