The hotel Strand in Iseltwald is situated right in
front of the shore of lake Brienz in the heart of Switzerland.
By car:
Join the motorway A8, connecting Lucerne with
Interlaken/Spiez
and take the exit n° 28-Iseltwald. The hotel is situated
immediately next to the embankment.
Parking is available at the hotel.
By train :
The train station of Interlaken-Ost, at 10 km of distance, is served
by trains from Basel/Bern and Lucerne. From the station take a bus
as
far as Iseltwald (1 departure/hour)
By plane : Bern airport , at 65 km of distance, is approached by flights
from Brussels, Birmingham, Southampton and Munich. From the airport
join the motorway direction Interlaken and follow then above
instructions.
By public transport, take the train as far as Interlaken-Ost with
change in Thun or Bern and follow then above instructions.
From Zurich airport, at 125 km of distance, take the motorway
