Our restaurant is open daily in Summer; during the low season we are
open only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
We recommend you our specialities such as the home made underdone
cooked goose liver with salt flower, whitefish from the lake with
lemon or roast lamb with figs.
Brasserie
Our tavern is open daily, except for Mondays. We serve
traditional dishes, veal kidney with Porto, Entrecote, Tartar. You
can also choose between our different manus, thereof one menu of the
day.

Minotel le Bourgogne is located in the pedestrian zone of
Evian and 200 m from the lake, 300 m from the Spa Park and 150 m
from the Palais-des-Congrès (Convention Center).
By car :
- Coming from Paris (580 km) : take highway A6 and then highway A40,
A-road no. 206 and A-road no. 5. When arriving in Evian, follow the
direction of Centre-Ville and Avenue de la Gare.
- Coming from Geneva (45 km) : take A-road no. 5. When arriving in
Evian, follow the direction of Centre-Ville and Avenue de la Gare.
By train : The Evian-les-Bains railway station is 800 m from the hotel
away. A daily train service operates from Paris via Bellegarde. A
direct TGV train operates between Paris and Evian on winter weekends.
From and to Lausanne by
boat :
It only takes a 35-minute ride to cross beautiful Lake Geneva between
Evian and Lausanne.
From Geneva-Cointrin
Airport :
The airport is 50 km from the hotel away. Take A-road no. 5 in the
direction of France - Thonon-les-Bains and Evian-les-Bains. When
arriving in Evian, follow the direction of Centre-Ville and Avenue de
la Gare.
