The Region
The Lake Maggiore, located between Piedmont, Lombardy and Switzerland, is considered as one of the most romantic lake in the alpine zone. The "Verbano", thus named in the Antiquity, is the second Italian Lake by extension.

Thanks to the softness of the climate, the blue mirror of the lake is attached to the green band of the hills until reaching the splendid and majestic alpine chain. The Lake Maggiore offers charming and single sceneries.

Massino Visconti is located on the Lake Maggiore shores on the edge of the Italian Piedmont; on the Swiss side, you find Locarno, Ascona and Brissago famous villages.

From the Milano-Laghi highway, follow the direction of Gravellona and take exit Meina. Follow the direction of Massino Visconti, from where on you will follow the signs leading to the hotel.

Arrival by train :
Lesa railway station is 3 km from the hotel away.
Arona railway station is 10 km from the hotel away.
Buses link both stations to Massino Visconti.

Arrival by airplane :
Milano Malpensa airport is about 35 km from the hotel away. By car, please follow the above driving directions. You may also take the shuttle bus to Arona and then continue by public bus service to Massino Visconti.
