| This is a relatively straightforward transaction, at least in the calling phase.
All you need is the booking reference the Minotel system assigned at the time of reservation. This will have been passed back in the HotelReservation as well as in the e-mail confirmation sent to you.
The system will take into account all the relevant key data at the time of cancellation to work out the necessary charges (if any) and to apply credit card charges or refunds.
As in the HotelReservation transaction you will get full details of the cancellation in the XML response as well as in the e-mail cancellation confirmation.
